  The staff here was amazing A. Tapper has been very polite , professional and courteous with our over the phone conversations. She also expressed the same one I came into office.   Torie started my loan process and because she was new to the office was unable to close my loan. I'm 74 years old and not great with technology; however, she was very patient and professional. Jenny closed my loan and again she was very patient and professional. These ladies and the entire office are true assets to Mariner Finance. Their customer service skills are impeccable.

  Waited on hold 2 days in a row told they couldn't help me with my application no one was in the office for applications then no response at all back i finally call back again hold please ...... o yeah we really have nothing we can help you with we don't do starter loans
