  The manager Marilyn I believe that’s her name, is very nasty. She continuously hung up the phone in my mother’s ear and tried arguing with her about her account, which is very unprofessional. My mother is a very faithful customer that pays on time EVERY MONTH!!!! I wish they would get rid of her she makes the company look bad with her nasty attitude. She’s going to b the reason Mariner Finance lose alot of good customers. I also heard her talking bad about a customer to another lady in the front of the office one day when making my mothers payment. She needs to leave. She’s the absolute worse manager that company has ever had. Other people may not take her ignorance and unprofessionalism as well as my mother and I. She makes me not even want to fo business with that company. She shames her staff for anything in front of customers and all. JUST UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

  I was feeling so desperate today, thinking about my loan and being furlowed. I decided to call Mariner to see if I could get some relief. I spoke with the Branch Manager. She was a BLESSING. She talked to me as if I were a friend. She assured me that she and Mariner Finance would help me anyway they could. This situation was making me so depressed that I was entertaining terrible thoughts. The Manager, I think her name was Marylan. She may have saved me. I just can't believe how nice and kind she was to me. I will never borrow money from anyone, but her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!

  No good the purpose of a loan is to help people in need if i had 2 cars I would not need a loan Calling the number is pointless guy was very nice but calling the number changed nothing complete waste of my time will def recommend using any other company. Trying to rebuild credit if you dont take a chance on people what are you good for

  The staff was so very friendly and helpful throughout the loan process. I have used Mariner Finance in Maryland and in North Carolina.

  Why cant i ever speak with manager? She always brush customers off like she is so busy and cant talk. Sick of her. Just rude
