  It was great experience working with Miller Lending Group, Daniel Miller was great in finding better interest and loan costs. What I liked about working with Daniel is, he was very informative and communicating recent trends to ensure I receive better rates. They go an extra mile to keep the loan process started and finished on time. They are local to the area and easy to get in touch with, I would totally recommend them. There are so many fake reviews which does not represent what they actual do, give them a try if you are looking to either purchase a new home or to refinance to existing loan.

  I recently refinanced my home with Miller Lending and they were a pleasure to work with. In an era where good service and good follow-up is difficult to come by it was wholly refreshing to be working with responsive people who had your best interests in mind. They get back to you quickly if they’re not available, they get needed documents processed promptly, and explore any options that will suit your situation optimally. Great job from this company (Skip Dyer in particular but they were all great to work with).

  I highly recommend Gordon, Skip, and the rest of the team at Miller Lending! I have worked with them exclusively over the last 20+ years on over a dozen different mortgages and refinances, and it has always been a fantastic and easy experience. Gordon pioneered the no-closing cost loan, and to me it makes no sense to use anything or anyone else when acquiring a mortgage. Don't fall into the trap of paying to get a loan. The team at Miller Lending is extremely responsive often communicating with me after hours to answer my questions. I recently needed a last minute pre-approval letter, and they came through for me even though it was outside of office hours. Definitely consider them for your mortgage needs. You won't be sorry!

  I am surprised to see so many fake new reviews for this company but it means someone likely has their own agenda. Gordon and his team have been around for over 25 years and have a stellar reputation among their peers. They go way out of their way to guide you through the process and actually took the time to offer me a true no cost loan unlike these other companies who roll in the costs. Great experience and would highly recommend ,as i have sent many of my friends to Miller Lending. If i could give 6 stars i would!

  Like most people I have been hearing Miller Lending commercials on the radio for years. This year on a whim we decided to refinance our house and take advantage of the low market rate. It is rare when a company exceeds what they claim in an add. Miller was fast, easy and did just what was advertised. I would absolutely use them again in a flash.

  It was real a pleasure dealing with Miller Lending. I was able to refinance my house and ask all the questions I needed to by email and I was able to literally get everything done by email. Extremely convenient, and responsive. I will work with them again without a doubt.

  I have worked with Miller lending for many years with the financing and refinancing of both of my homes. I have complete trust in Gordon, Daniel, and the rest of team with the whole mortgage process. There have been multiple times where I have asked them to explain how no closing works or if I had to compare rates from another lender I received complete honesty from Gordon Miller. I have referred many of my friends and colleagues that now use Miller Lending. In the last 2 years, I have refinanced my home three times through Miller Lending with each time being very smooth and at no closing costs. If you need to finance or refinance your home, I would check with Miller Lending as a start.

  I cannot recommend Miller Lending enough. This was the easiest process from start to finish that I've ever experienced. Daniel Miller was quick and responsive, friendly, and made everything very simple. There was no stress, no anxiety, and he walked us through everything we needed to know thoroughly. I can't believe we waited this long to contact them! I will be using Miller Lending for any refinance, loan, or mortgage needs in the future hands down. Blown away by what a fantastic experience this was!

  If we could we would rate the business 0 stars! We were 15 year homeowners. The loan process should have been a slam dunk considering our excellent credit and the fact we were putting a $ substantial amount down on our newly built home. The whole process was so ridiculous & aggravating would NOT recommend them for a home loan to my worst enemy. My wife bore the brunt of it. She was dealing with Cheryl Miller. We in effect were made to go thru the process time and again. We were longtime residents of this area & were offered quick home financing by 3 major area banks. The loan mgr at our bank even offered to bring the paperwork to our home! What a mistake we made going with Miller Lending. When it became too stressful for my wife I intervened and asked Cheryl Miller can I please speak with or leave a message with Gordon Miller. She flatly refused. Again I asked may I have his tel number. Again she refused. We are two educated people who were treated like a couple of reprobates. There were endless requests for documents & information which had already been submitted at least Twice in a timely fashion. Would with heart felt feelings recommend you Avoid Miller Lending! We are Not people who complain lightly. Please see my Review on Yelp for further information! Thank you! I can Assure you our Reviews are Genuine. Cheryl Miller WAS with Miller at the time of our interaction. If you read Owner Responses he Never Apologizes to former Clients just maintains they are All Fake Reviews! It's really Very Sad for a Business owner in the Triangle! 😢. Consumers Deserve much better!

  I am sorry for your experience David but I can assure you it is not indicative of our overall reputation . We do not have anyone named Cheryl miller and it is impossible as an owner to micromanage the loan process so I wouldn’t have been able to help. we have not had any record of dealing with you for some time so I assumed the review was fake and I apologize. I tried to reach out and left messages but no one responded. As you can see from our review history these other reviews I responded to are indeed fake as they are always the first review and general in nature. In the couple of instances they were real I answered but you need to understand that lending guidelines have changed a lot after the mortgage meltdown and without specifics there was likely a cause. Large down payments or excellent credit only helped in the days of no doc loans but now underwriters are much more cautious. The former head of the federal reserve couldn’t get a mortgage because he was newly self employed and the guidelines are national and generic . The most common complaint we get is “ why do you need this?” Fortunately we have thousands of satisfied clients but If you would like to discuss this privately vs over social media I can be reached at 919-447-3377.
