  Ryan Bluhm was responsive quick efficient and is an asset to Mariner. If he was a mortgage loan originator I would recruit him asap, because he is solution-focused and explains things in understandable terms. This would have been the fastest closing ever, because I'm a speed reader, but Ryan slowed me down to ensure that I understood the loan and it's benefits. KUDOS!
