  This place is a joke. I purchased a xbox one last week and the controller didn't work so I went today to swap it out for another. This one doesn't work aswell and when I called the guy acted like I was lieing and that it did work dismorning. Then he had the courage to say that I can't keep coming back and swapping stuff like this is what I want to do especially with how gas prices are.

  I really like this pawn shop! They have some really great deals, they will answer your questions, the employees have great attitudes. All the things Ohio Gold and Pawn doesn't do.

  This is my go to stop at least twice a week (okay maybe every day 😂) but the service is great and I've never gotten a bum deal there. Good folks! Update: Today I got a great deal on a Google Nest Wi-Fi mesh set up. This is an item I've been mulling over for months now, and they had it for $30 less than new! It's why I will always stop here before anywhere else! YOU GUYS AND GALS ROCK! 😁

  I have been a customer here for years. I have never had an issue with any item I have bought and have always been treated with a smile and respect. I'm such a regular they all know me by name and greet me when I come through the door. I have bought everything from laptops, TV's, jewelry and even a banjo. Always great quality and they even will make me a deal on a purchase. I highly recommend them. Update 11/30/18 I can now add a Mandolin to my list of purchases and am still very satisfied with all of my purchases. Without the Managers assistance, I would have missed out on this purchase. Thank you. Still Highly Recommended.

  Gladly sold me an item, told all about their amazing return policy. Yeah forgot to mention that the money I paid for the item won't be coming back to me any time soon. I've never had a return take this long and I refuse go back there if I'm going be left without the item and my money like this again. So glad they have a great policy....for themselves.

  Haven't been there in a while, but I once had a situation where the employees were struck with a change in computer system. Essentially I went in to pay and I had my payday loan also ach'd out of my bank account. So I call and see what's up and Becca explained everything to me as to what was going on and made things right. She was extremely nice and professional. She is also probably the most beautiful person to ever exist.

  this is the second time I went into this store with precious metals to be turned away this time I went in with 5 oz bar of silver only to be turned away I also mentioned something about spot value to which you representative stated he couldn't even come close to spot value if you have any silver or precious metals the cashland won't accept hit me up all entertain it and make an offer I've never heard of this before especially out of a pawn shop

  This place is a bunch of scam artists. They sold me a bad amp and I paid extra for the protection plan and now they refuse to return it because I don't have an ID. And they tried to say it was state law for returns or some nonsense. Don't go there.
