  Mariner Finance has been absolutely wonderful in helping me resolve my financial situations. Everyone I have come in contact with at the Mentor Ohio branch has been kind and caring in assisting me with any questions or concerns I may have. So I called them Team Unity!   I got approved for this loan and was not notified by my loan officer. I was told that my loan get sent to underwriting, which is normal, and that I would get a call back once I’m approved to know the terms of my loan. I called my loan officer a few times over the week with no response letting me know if I got approved or denied. I end up applying for a loan with a different company and was told that my loan would get sent to underwriting. The next morning I received a call that my loan was approved and the money was sent to my account the same day. I applied for more money at the other loan place ($500 at this one $2,500 at the other one) and my finance charge was less than $200. I couldn’t be more happier. I guess everything happens for a reason but since my loan got approved so quickly at the other company , I figured something shady was going on with my loan officer at mariner finance located in mentor.
