  I spoke with Michael regarding my car loan, and he did an amazing job explaining everything in detail for me. He cut straight to the chase and made sure I knew everything I was getting into. Very friendly. I am very pleased with my experience! He needs a raise:)

  Very professional place I had trouble getting approved for my vehicle and Stefan was just a absolute great help he found me great insurance while approving me for a car loan dispute my credit history I highly recommend going to TEBO Loans

  My loan was bought from these people, they call me every day, but their website won't even accept my debit card. I went from having to stop at the dealer and submitting my payment to being harrassed about my account from Tebo, but offering no way to pay other then being on hold for 20 minutes and paying an extra 5 dollars for the phone payment. I am seriously considering, notifying them with a letter of no intent to pay any longer. I never agreed to have my loan bought out from a vendor who doesn't have a reasonable and similar way to pay then my old balance holder.

  I was diagnosed with breast cancer and the COVID hit, then I had a silent Stroke I had 5 months to pay off my car and I was late due to medical issues and no income. They got 10,585.00 off of me and repossessed my vehicle. They knew my situation and I talked to them via email because of tubes that prevented me from talking. I was going to make a 359.00 payment on a Friday and they knew this but took the car Thursday. Now I have no vehicle to get to my treatments.

  They are very condescending and rude and are literally obsessed with you if you’re a few days late. They will call you 4 times a day and leave threatening messages on your phone. They have threatened to repo my car multiple times. Honestly it feels like a cult having my car loan through them. They will grill you about why you haven’t been able to make a payments and ask you personal things about your personal life. It’s really disgusting. Also their website is not structured well. You have to pay in full and you can’t make partial payments online. Whatever is owed weather it’s one full payment or two payments because you are late, you have to call in and speak to the rude customer service people to make partial payments. If their website allowed people to make whatever type of payment they wanted to get caught up, it would be easier and they would be receive payment more. Oh and they don’t let you switch your payment plans and only pay monthly when you were already set up on bi weekly payments. It’s not a loan place it’s a damn cult
