  Getting a loan was not a problem, and they were very nice and easy to work with. BUT they did not explain that they could give us $1,000 more if we gave them our vehicle title that we had to pay the entire loan to get our title back. Once we borrowed money, anytime after that when we spoke with them, they were rude. We were asking questions regarding paying back the loan and getting our title back, and they acted like we were bothering them. They did not want us to pay off the loan early. To pay off the loan early, we had to drop the payment off, and they kept saying "the door is locked", so we couldn't come in and get our paperwork, we had to wait for it in the mail. Their customer service is little to be desired unless you are borrowing money from them. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!

  Time in office is excessive. Applied for and received additional funds. First loan I did with them was all by mail. Last two transactions required me to go to the office and provide bank statements and ID both times even though only 4 months between applications. No paperwork appears to be prepared until you get to the office so expect to be there about 45 minutes to an hour

  Loved working with them on a loan. Very quick and we were able to do it over the phone. Explained everything along the way.

  They’re very unprofessional and rude. They’re all about the money and not their people. They do what they want and charge you even after you sell that car. Avoid them at all costs i would recommend
