  Very professional courteous and helpful. It's always a pleasure doing business with them! I would've appreciated a larger amount since my credit with them is perfect but other than that I'm happy with the loan.

  Won't even approve you for small amount. Basically need to have everything perfect in order to qualify. Even though I have over 160 ON TIME payments on my credit score and not a single missed payment. they said income was not enough, however I do not have bills currently.

  Not happy with the amount of Loan I was given when refinancing my existing loan. I kept getting messages that said I was allow to get more money since I was paying my current loan. The amount that i was given is not what the letter or emails said. Plus they used Equifax for my credit and I have locked my Equifax and they do not have the most accurate or current info regarding my credit score. The people are very nice and courteous. The rate is very nice I really like them. However, I should have been awarded more. I do pay all of my bills and have not missed any payments with them.

  Waste of time and waste of credit check these people take forever to get back to you just to give you bad news... I do not recommend them

  The three ladies I talked to at the Cranberry office were kind and courteous. Let me simply say that whatever the company is paying Dianne, Amber, and especially Emily Pfaff, it's not nearly enough.

  Says I'm a valued Customer! Been doing business for close to 10 yrs; yet they charge me 25% interest. I've been exploited everytime by high interest, I am going to pay this loan off fast and quick, never go back again! Never ever missed a payment! The corporate office only cares about making money! The people working processing loans are professional, but those at the corpirate level exploit people with high interest!

  Amber was very friendly and professional. She was able to redo my loan and get me much needed extra funds in a few hours. Everything was done by phone and email.
