  This was a great experience for me. It was my first time in the office. I have been dealing with the staff via the phone. But I must say while the phone experience was great, mu in person experience was 1000 times better. From the staff knowing my name when I came in to the relaxed feeling while there. I would like to thank LaTanya, Courtney and of course Ms. Angela for all the attention and attention to detail in handling my loan. It is sometimes hard to be professional and lighthearted, but you ladies made it happen. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you.

  I must say that Ms. Anglea plays no games. She made sure that what I was quoted for, was what I received. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, which made the process much more smoother. I love the fact that she is all about her customers and not a easy dollar.I would recommend this company to everyone.

  Online process quick, simple. In branch, process was a bit lengthy. Also, was not informed insurance was additional $96 added to loan. This would have been nice to know it cost for the added service I was asked if I’d like to add. Just be sure to provide all information upfront… to ensure no surprises from consumers. Staff were nice.

  I get the fact that you gotta have a good credit score but what I don't understand is the economy the way it is and people struggling how are we supposed to get something and get ahead if we can't get approved for a loan. I have a great job. I was down on my luck.

  Everyone was extremely helpful. This is my second loan with them and it was so easy. They were considerate to the fact that I could not come in, so they did a loan by phone. Angela Richardson-Brown and Kevin Roy were very professional and patient. The entire staff is always very professional and friendly.
