Excellent customer service!!! I recently just purchased my first bike a 2013 Honda cbr 250r. Matt Lamb helped me find the perfect bike. Matt was very friendly and personable which made talking to him like he was an old friend. He was very knowledgeable about the different bikes which made my decision process easy. Thanks for all of your help and your honest opinions Matt Lamb..you rock!!

I went there looking to buy local, I had a price from a dealer 130 miles away which was 550 below MSRP. I asked the price he could give me and said I was ready to buy today. He said the MSRP is X, OK I know what the MSRP is! He said what price do you have in mind. I told him the price I had which I had in an email on my phone. I told him traveling is a pain, which was my hint to him he didnt need to match but get with in a few hundred. I told him the price I had. He said I dont know why they would do that and I should go get it. That told me he was so much higher he didnt even want to negotiate. Reading below my guess is MSRP was probably just the beginning for them, he was going to want much more then MSRP. Driving stinks but not when it comes to saving a 1000 or more. Nothing wrong with a company charging what they want but nothing wrong with me letting people know. The place is expensive and I am glad I didnt buy there after seeing the replies from owner/general manager below responding to other customers. No matter how much of a pain a customer those replies are unprofessional. We really have lousy bike shops here and I dont know how they get away with it with the internet!

      Response from the owner

Thank you for taking time to post your review. The replies from our previous General Manager are one of the many reasons that we are now under new management. If you are still interested in buying a motorcycle, I can assure you a completely different buying experience. If you have already made a purchase, please stop in and introduce yourself. Perhaps we can be your servicing dealer. Joey Fletcher 757-499-4146.

There is a reason this place has a bad reputation. Poor sales service, poor management, and a very poor service department. Safety is the last thing on this dealerships mind as they are putting motorcycles out the door. I found multiple problems with my bike right after I bought it and 21 months later I continue to find things that should have been in place when I bought it. (no air filter). They will be great until they have cash in hand and that's it. They only care about the initial purchase and then your just some bum off the streets. I urge you to take your time money and trust somewhere else. Its a motorcycle that you putting your life and the lives of your family on. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I had a very positive experience with the staff. Scotty is a great guy who made every effort to work the prices with me and keep me updated on the process. Unfortunately I had budgeted $300 less than they were willing to go with the OTD price, but even despite that I was pleased with Scotty's interactions and attempts to get me the bike I wanted.

Ordered parts for my 07 M109R 01/06/14 over the phone. Got a phone call from parts when they came in 01/16/14. took the bike in the next day droped it off on the morrning they called me at about 2:30pm told me the bike was ready when I went to pick it up I was told that I had ordered parts I didn't need and would be refunded.Everyone was extremely polite and professional got back about $85.00 Been going there about seven years now. I've noticed a diffrence in costumer service in the past two years lets say, in an upward trend. If you haven't been there in a while try them again. Bike runs like new. great.place.

I recommend anyone who is in the market for a sport bike or cruiser to go there. These guys helped me tremendously, and made sure that I got riding. They actually went far and beyond to make sure that I got the bike i wanted. I went to a few other places, wasted a bunch of time and had got nothing accomplished. You wont be disappointed if you go there. They are the only dealership that actually helped me. Thanks Jay Jenkins, and to all the staff at Cycle World. Go check these guys out, they are the best.

If I could do Zero stars I would. I purchased a motorcycle back in July and I was happy with my purchase at first and then they gave me a temporary registration with the wrong name. I was told that it would be fixed on my registration and title. A month later my registration came in and it still had the wrong name. I talked to the manager there and he told me that it was the DMVs fault and that I have to be the one to correct it. I shouldn't have to do anything. That is their mistake and they needed to straighten it out. That did not happen. I had to take it to dmv which is a very inconvenience and I get told that it was who ever input the information( cycleworld) fault for submitting wrong information. So now 150$ later I have gotten it taken care of. But did I even get a follow up call or anything about it. Nope. Dont trust what they tell you. That is all

      Response from the owner

I am sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience at Cycle World. Would you mind giving me a call at 757-499-4146? I would like to look into what happened to make sure that it never happens again and to apologize to you personally. Joey Fletcher

AJ is the best! I have bought several vehicles thru out my time but have never had the experience that I got with buying my first bike. He's friendly, knowledgeable and just an over all great person to buy from! He not only tells you everything about the product your buying but he will also make sure that you are 100% comfortable with your purchase before you sign. He'll even go out of his way to show the novice rider how to ride the bike they want properly. If you are like I was and have always wanted to own a bike but was also nervous about how to handle one. Don't be! Go on down and ask for AJ, I am curtain you will be satisfied with your decision to purchase your bike from him.

I had the most AWESOME experience with the purchase of my new Honda Goldwing F6B. Ron the salesman took care of everything the day before for me since I was coming from out of town. Ron did his job so well, I was only in the dealership for 1 hour and I was on the road with my new F6B. Everyone's purchase experience should be as mine.....thanks to all of the staff.

Here it goes. Terrible customer service. Terrible hours. Minimum products. More of a show room than actual atv/ bike store. I am from Michigan and have never seen such a small bike shop/ dealer. After that said, not too many options in Hampton Roads. If you need a good atv shop, go to Fredericksburg. They actually have parts in stock. Oh wait. I forgot. Service Department sucks.
