  Excellent cars, and AMAZING new ownership! John and Jeff were both incredibly helpful in helping me find the perfect car for me. They were patient in figuring out my trade in and configuring all the other details, and they made me feel comfortable in my choice and my monthly payments. This is definitely one of the best places to go when looking for a car in the OBX! So welcoming and personal, made me feel right at home.

  SHADY TACTICS & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was charged $190 for a diesel oil change where they used t4 rotella 15w40, a non-synthetic oil. $65 in materials (oil&filter) if purchased from any auto parts store. The service counter told me I was getting T5 rotella(a synthetic blend) which my invoice shows I was charged for, but I witnessed NAPA deliver the T4 to the service counter and saw the tech put that in my truck. As someone in the industry I understand costs and dealer mark-ups but this was just ridiculous. In addition I had an appointment scheduled and the oil change took over an 1.5 hours. They didn't check tire pressures even though the dash indicator showed low tire pressure. A sign to me of a poorly managed service department. When I questioned the bill I was essentially told to take a walk. I never write reviews but felt it neccessary to warn others...

  Could not thank these guys enough! Nora was great, Harvey and Steve are awesome. When our Jeep was not starting and I called the dealer they were on it from the beginning. I mean it took time and all, but just the effort put forth by all of them was better than any service I would get in northern Va. Things were a bit stressful do to part delays, but the team got it done and I am so thankful to this dealership and the staff. I truly felt valued, and knew I was not being taken for a ride.

  My truck had an issue last summer with its computer. My local mechanic suggested I take it to a dodge dealership so I found this place. After 4 WEEKS I finally get a call explaining that my computer needed to be replaced. They quoted me at $1,500. I asked them for a couple days to think about it so that I could research the problem to see if the price was fair and they were okay with that. THEN, the very next day, they call again saying that my truck needed to be picked up or I would be charged a storage fee. Well upon further research, I found that I could purchase the computer online for $100 and easily install it myself. So I called the dodge place saying thanks but no thanks and that I'd pick it up the next day. They mentioned that I would be charged a diagnostic fee (which was fair) so I was cool with that. I paid over the phone, and when I received my truck the dashboard was disassembled and wires were sticking out everywhere. If I'm going to pay a diagnostic fee, at least put my truck back together. I spoke to the manager about it but nothing was ever done. I fixed the truck myself for $100. Terrible experience.

  Bought my truck here and will only get it serviced here. The staff is great and always take good care of my truck. Best dealership and service department I have ever been to. My truck will only get serviced here.

  Cory did awesome helping us getting us in the car we wanted. Called around 1pm made a deal over the phone got there around 5 and we were out about 6:30. Fastest we have been in and out when purchasing a car. The manager was also very helpful to make the deal work.

  Amazing experience here. I went in to get a new battery for my key fob and they were friendly and efficient. Didn’t even charge me for the replaced battery!! Would definitely recommend to a friend.

  My Jeep had gotten wet in a rain storm while visiting the OBX, and the electronics in my steering wheel were all non responsive (illegal to drive). I brought it in the day I called and they replied by end of day. They priced out replacement component but wanted to try drying the inside of the wheel area first. This worked and saved me well over $900. I'm very grateful that they were honest with a transient Jeep owner. They should be applauded for having such integrity.

  Made an appointment 3 days ago for an alignment. Went ahead and put my new tires on. Day of appointment hubby takes off of work to get it done. We arrive and are told the alignment we SCHEDULED could not be done. Customer service was pretty unsympathetic and careless of the fact that we made an appointment. Shame on them...
