  SO GLAD I DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THIS JOB OFFER!!! The store manager John, actually had the audacity to call my job to ask why I was courteous enough to let them know I wasn't coming to work for them... well its because 1. He constantly asked me if I would be able to be on time to work throughout our interview ( I'm 35, drive, and have been in management for 20 years, I know to be punctual, but that told me that he doesn't care about work life balance 2. I walked in and both ladies were dressed like they were at a dive in bar, get it together 3. I applied for an assistant manager role because I'm in management and they offered me a lower position... bate and switch much!?? So no, this is not a company I'd want to represent, ESPECIALLLY AFTER THIS CALL TO MY JOB! Classless and tacky. I'll stay where I'm at, at least we dress nice and act like we have some sense.

  Again mariner was right there again to help my financial needs and even came with a loan to pay off all of my credit cards 💳 and cut them up and push my fico score up along with some money in my pocket to help out my daughter they r way better than a bank and the online payment program is the bomb and the staff there is so friendly and helpful I can’t say enough on how happy I am and they even have such a clean office and set up Covid safe👍👍😉.

  First of all they dont listen to you. None of the phone agents listen to you. Then on top of that they want a full physical inventory of your house and your possessions to even get $200.00 from them they use wire fraud by sending you checks blank to cash. They are a loan shark and they use unscrupulous tactics to get your information. They call everyone and bother you and make sure that they make it difficult to get even the smallest amount. Their expectation is that they put a lien on everything you own. They are awful and high interest and if I were the Virginia State Commission. I would shut this business down. Stay far away.

  The process was easy and fast. I had the privilege of working with Brandy she was nice and professional. She helped me through the process. I faxed everything over before my appointment. When I arrived the process went smoothly. I was out with check in hand in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this loan agency.
