  Eddie The manager assisted me the entire way until my loan was completed, I want to say he was & is such a gentleman and a true complete professional. He made this process run so smoothly I got my approval right away and within 24 hrs the funds were deposited in to my Bank account & made available immediately.   Since I’m not the most tech savvy, I submitted my application and thought I was done. I was super disappointed that I didn’t read everything correctly and ended up just showing up at the branch. So I called and was a little bummed it was appointment only. This is where Eddie and his team made their mark. I was walking away and Eddie comes running out to catch me at my car, and even though I didn’t have an appointment he took me inside. He said he would take care of me. Luckily I had already done my application and submitted all the documents so he was relieved that he didn’t have to start at the beginning. I was in and out within 25 minutes. He made did everything thing he could to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything perfectly I continue to recommend this particular location to anyone that needs a little help. My advice to others would be to just be patient. Eddie and his team will take care of you. I know it’s stressful but I happens to see his computer screen and you couldn’t even imagine how many new loan requests he had ( I believe he had over 85 new requests since lunch time) so have some patience and trust him and his team. And hey he will even give you a bag of free gifts. Top notch service and a great team he has. Keep up the great work. Happy Holidays, and I’m sorry it took me a while to post a review.
