  I was told the Worry Free Assistance program was required. I read the fine print and saw that it was an Optional program. I attempted to cancel within the 30 days and no one would respond to my emails or calls. I had to get mean in order to get a call back from the Director who was rude, unprofessional and told me I needed to keep it as it was the only way they made money, and if I canceled the company would not be able to offer loans to its patrons. Well I hate to tell you but its not my responsibility to help NALN. They are suppose to help me. I filed a BBB complaint to which they claimed to have refunded the amount to my loan. That was 4 weeks ago and I have still not seen the refund. And no one will respond to me. No surprise there again. This company is not worth your time and will try to force you into false fees.
