  I cannot express enough how fabulous Marcy was…she was more than just my Mortage lady! She deserves way more than five stars! I called her in tears eight months ago and I finally had my closing last week! Marcy is knowledgeable, patient, honest, trusting, CARING, a straight shooter and extremely hardworking!! She is just all phenomenal at what she does!!! The process is very easy, unless your like us and need to do extra things - HA! Truly, look no further, Marcy is phenomenal!! I have and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase!

  I would give 10 Stars if possible. Marcy is not only knowledgeable and great at what she does, she really cares and makes sure that the process is as stress free as possible for you. Can’t say enough great things about her! Right away I felt comfortable with Marcy, and she steered me in the right direction every step of the way! She was very quick to respond and was always timely. She worked long hours for me at times too when she didn’t have to. Marcy exceeds all expectations and is also very kind & personable. I would recommend her to everyone if I could!

  If you are a travel nurse, contractor, or anybody who makes a living through variable income, you need to go through Marcy. Due to the variability of my job, I had a very difficult time finding a lender that would look into a loan for me purely because I don’t have a consistent 9-5 wage. I reached out to Motto after being recommended to them by our realtor. The next day, Marcy had a lender who was willing to work with us! She is a strong advocate for her clients, she understands the times and is able to help loan companies see that variable income does not mean unreliable. We wouldn’t have our dream home if it wasn’t for Marcy!

  Just Wow! Motto Mortgage is lucky to have Marcy and Latasha on the team. Marcy went over and above making the process of obtaining a home somewhat relaxing as she is always positive and fun to work with. Marcy pays attention to detail and even during a major change was able to keep everything the same and we are thankful for that!   If your in the market for a home loan Marcy is the first person you need to see. Marcy helped us in so many ways we can’t thank her enough.   Marcy is genuine. She focuses on one’s financial situation and goals and in layman’s terms is able to explain financial options available. She works with buyers to complete their loan applications and get them preapproved for the best possible rate. She does the valuable legwork that saves buyers time and relieves some of the stress of homebuying and the daunting tasks that come with moving. She always had my best interest at heart, even on weekends.
