  Seth the friggin moneyman Jones! Congratulations on having your own name on a Google listing? I see you are now branch manager of Movement? INSANE GAINS BRO! Anyways, what a trooper. When my wife and I were diving into the market as some new fish, Seth was there every step of the way, educating, throwing terminologies with backed definitions we never even conceived before. When it came to the grit, Seth was incredibly considerate and straight forward with our financial situation. Other than a slight bit of panic that occurred when being handed over for finalization of our contract out from under Seth’s wing, the pure and warm embrace of assurance, safety, and honesty really made any small annoyance null and void. Thanks again Seth for all of your hard work and true diligence. Sorry it’s been a year but from S and A, thank you, Sir!

  Seth was wonderful to work with when we bought our Florida home recently. He was kind, relatable; understanding, and an excellent problem-solver when it came to making things work when the sale of our previous home fell through. We felt like he was always on our side and one step ahead of what needed to happen to make things work for us. We really appreciated such great service and we would definitely recommend him.

  I was first introduced to Seth by my realtor several years ago and was impressed by his expertise, integrity and responsiveness. Much better than a typical business transaction. Since then I have recommended Seth several times to business associates. Recently, I completed a second transaction (refi) with Seth. This process was more complicated than the first one, but my experience with Seth and his office was once again excellent. Subsequently, I read Seth’s bio, which is actually an accurate description of how Seth conducts himself and his business. He runs his business by giving honest advice and information, EVEN if that advice might make closing a loan less likely. Never lets the sales process get in the way of giving honest and expert advice. Excellent resource and business partner.

  Working with Seth was an awesome experience. He was very attentive and always got back to me right away whether a phone call or a text or email instantly if he could not answer the phone. He took into consideration that this was my first Home buying experience and made sure to inform me of all the information necessary to get the loan approved. He was also very good at explaining options in easy terms for a first time buyer to understand and didn't' move on until I acknowledged understanding.
