  As with many loans we hit a few snags along the way but from beginning to end Greg and his team guided us through the process, made sure we understood all our options and ultimately got the loan completed...   Greg did a great job of keeping me, the listing agent, informed about the Buyer's loan process throughout the transaction. I loved the text updates, ...when I responded to those updates, Greg always responded back. That was a nice touch, since I thought they were just auto-generated and not monitored.
