  Worst experience ever. I opened a savings online in the early morning. They called me a few hours later saying they couldn't do it because of an outstanding balance at BOA even though I already had an account number and online banking. They said the explanation would be in the letter, it wasn't. Then they took my deposit money despite the fact they said they wouldn't

  I just opened a new account 2/1/2022. They are having issues with their web site and have difficulty logging in in order for me to see my activities. Hopefully you resolve this problem. ☹

  this bank has giving my family the worse customer service. my daughters was denied access to my accounts even though she has court documents saying she now inherited all my assets. the bank manager, assistant bank manager and the trainee for assistant bank manager are cold, heartless women. no compassion or care for anyone. if you bank here your crazy. this is a horrible bank with no people skills. they didn't even tell my daughter, sorry for your loss. they are unhelpful and uncaring. they all need sensitivity training to better deal with customers because how they treat customers now is terrible.

  Saved my behind from Petland credit card. No matter how cute the puppy is don't do the card. 30% interest. I pay $100 and get a $400 credit card charge. This place saved my behind. I highly recommend them and there is a nice lady in the daytona south location. Hispanic and super friendly. I recommend her. Thank you. ☺

  I opened my account as a minor when I was in high school and have been a member Since then and have been very disappointed with how down hill the whole credit union has gone over the years. It seems that they no longer care about their members only getting loans. They don’t even have the courtesy to notify their members when a check gets rejected. Overall they do not seem to be looking out for their members only their commission.

  Just went thru the drive thru. Teller was patronizing. I just asked if I can make a car and motorcycle payment at the drive thru. She said if you have a loan here. What a dumb statement. Had to wait on her as she went through her purse. I've never had a bad interaction at the location in Edgewater. Twice in South Daytona.

  Needed to come in to get cash from an immediate family members(Mothers) account to pay her rent. She is not in a position where she can physically come to the bank. We recently moved and this credit union is now 45+ minutes away. Came with all the information needed. Account number, their ID and even their card. They denied the funds, didn't ask me for my ID or anything that links me to my family member. They called her GOT PERMISSION and still denied the withdraw. What a waste of time. No legit reason except for the obvious fact that they simply didn't want to fulfill the request. No close other locations what an inconvenience.
