  Lysi Bishop helped us through each step of selling our home: preparation- including staging, showings, and negotiations, and all with extreme care during a pandemic. Communications were always outstanding! Through each stage her amazing team was there to provide resources AND MAKE THE APPOINTMENTS when we needed a handyperson, a landscaper, or a moving company. I think they would have made massage appointments for us had Covid-19 not shut all spas down! We could not have been more pleased, and recommend Lysi Bishop Real Estate without reservation.

  My husband and I worked with Sarah Berg to buy our first home and she was nothing short of exceptional! We came to her with no firm plans to buy a house and after one came on the market we wanted, she leapt into action to help us tour it and put in a successful offer within days - all through FaceTime due to COVID and the fact we weren’t in town at the time. Sarah was our eyes and ears on the ground, bringing in contractors and experts to help us negotiate the process confidently in a very short time period. Working with Sarah and the whole Lysi Bishop team was a wonderful experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

  Our experience in selling our home with Lysi Bishop Real Estate far surpassed our expectations. From the very first meeting, the level of professionalism was impressive. We were assisted all through the process by Lysi’s extremely well-organized and competent team, who set us up with contractors to get quotes on anything and everything we needed or wanted to have done. The communication was outstanding throughout every stage of the process. We always felt that Lysi was looking out for our best interests. She always presented information clearly with the detail we needed to make choices and then let us decide what was best for us and what we felt most comfortable with. We never felt pushed or pressured in any way. She was completely open and candid when we asked for her input.   The Lysi Bishop team was everything we could have wanted in a real estate firm to sell the house. Professional, patient, available, great communicators, cohesive team.   21 years ago Lysi Bishop sold our north end home before her assistant could place the for sale sign in our yard. She then spent the next several weeks helping us find a new home, advocating for us throughout the build process with a sometimes challenging builder. When it came time to downsize there was no hesitation on our part to reach out to Lysi again. Lysi Bishop Real-Estate has grown into an incredible customer service driven team! From the moment we met with Mandy McLennan we knew we were once again in great hands. From creating a plan to ready our home for marketing, to professional photos, to providing trade professionals to make minor repairs and upgrades, to bringing in a staging team, our home was HGTV ready. Throughout the preparation Jacquie Sawh was there to cheer us on and meet with every contractor as well as Danielle, the stager to ensure every step met the Lysi Bishop standard. Once the house was ready, Mandy stepped in and aggressively priced our home. Within 4 days we had a rock solid full price negotiated offer. Would I recommend the Lysi Bishop team?....absolutely!

  We worked with Elizabeth Campbell on our out of state move, and would recommend her and Lysi Bishop to anyone moving from out of state. Elizabeth was fantastic! she spent a full weekend showing us homes and was always available when we wanted to go out again and look some more. Once we were under contract her team attended every builder meeting, inspection, or closing meeting alongside us. She is detail oriented and financially savvy, and professional.
