  We were refered this by a friend because we are struggling to pay rent. We put in a case almost two months ago. Our case manager won't pick up the phone and when we call the main office they keep telling us that we have to wait on her. Because of Janna k me, my newborn and husband are gonna be homeless.

  I have been nothing but impressed with them. I have had issues (my own) and they went above, beyond and reached for the stars! This is a five star review they have earned! Every time I've called they are awesome, professional and compassionate! I personally feel beyond lucky that they are my mortgage company and I'll be a customer of theirs for as long as I can! (I also had a misplaced escrow refund, and it was easy and fast to get it replaced!)

  Our loan got moved over to this company shortly after we bought our first house. No real issues except for their website is not very user friendly. I always pay around the 15th since so many other bills are due at the beginning of the month. No issues with this since it is still before the 16th. However, the last few months I have been getting automated messages around the 12th that come across on my phone as spam risk. It is always an automated message and tells me I have not made my payment that was due on the 1st. We have had this loan for 6 years. Why all of a sudden am I getting these calls? Very frustrating to say the least.

  I personally have not had a loan with Idaho Housing but I work closely with Idaho Housing and am always impressed with how hard they work to help people get approved for a home. Many people I know could never buy a home without Idaho Housing - they would still be renters. I also know other housing associations (like Utah Housing) do not offer many programs that Idaho Housing does - like the MCC tax credit and fantastic rates for both 1st and 2nd loan programs. I'm honestly shocked that the reviews are as poor as they are on google. My experience has always been 5 stars.
