  Tim Baldwin is an excellent loan broker with very competitive rates. He has been very responsive and great to work with during my refinance process. I was shopping for better rates to refinance my single family home, and found Tim’s rates to be most competitive for both 15-yrs and 30-yrs loans. The part that I appreciated the most was the transparency of the rates with different positive/negative points. As rates fluctuate on a daily basis, I have explained my situation to Tim and asked him to contact me when there is a good opportunity for me to refinance. One week later he found a rate that motivated me to start the refinance process. His loan processor - Charmaine Newman - was also super friendly and made the process easy and clear. I have already recommended him to several of my friends that were looking for competitive rates and excellent service. The process is simple with all the steps submitted online. They have a nice web portal to start the application and upload the supporting documents (paystubs, savings, etc)

  So happy to have worked with Austin Nielsen on refinancing my home loan. Austin was attentive, knowledgeable, prompt and very patient with my questions and modifications. He did everything he could to make things easy and affordable for me including getting me an appraisal waiver.   Sy was my loan officer and Spencer was my loan processor. My loan had to be turned around with record speed. The closing of my property was set for 20 days, with a 10 day loan contingency. Sy and Spencer made it happen...seamlessly! They were very friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and most of all, highly motivated to ensure we were successful. From the beginning they were clear in what was required, my role in supporting the effort and worked as a team without any issue to bring home a slam dunk final approval. When the notary came to my home to have me sign the final disclosures and loan documents, there was a small error. I immediately called Blue Sky. Spencer took my call and assured me he would make the changes and have the documents revised, reprinted and ready for me to sign the next morning. Sure enough, it happened exactly like he said. He showed personal integrity and pride in his work by ensuring the closing process wouldn't miss a beat. I have been through this process many times over the years, and have to say, this has been the best mortgage experience!

  What an excellent experience start to finish. We closed out loan ahead of schedule. I as able to save thousands in closing costs and 3/4% on the rate over my previous broker. Nothing but a positive experience here!
