  Guild Mortgage, specifically Joe Pattee, has/have provided us fantastic service on multiple occasions. Even if it would be possible to find a better interest rate, we will never work with anyone other than Guild and Joe. He always responds immediately, he's a straight shooter and will tell you how it is whether it's exactly what you want to hear or not. The fact that he holds his entire team to his own standards is an added benefit . If you want responsive, prompt, professional help with your mortgage needs, this is your place. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

  My Husband and I have worked with Levi Ellis on Team Pattee at Guild Mortgage on multiple home purchases and refinance projects. The process continues to be more seamless and secure. We prefer to work with this team over any other mortgage broker or bank that we have worked with. I highly recommend this team and can say that everyone I have referred from first time home buyers to experienced buyers working with jumbo loans have also been very happy with the service.

  The housing market right now is crazy and intimidating. The team at Guild Mortgage Boise made the process of buying a home much more approachable. From getting qualified for a loan, to drawing up the paperwork to put in several different offers, to explaining all of our different options, they truly walked this crazy road of buying a home in 2022 with us. The first home we put an offer on was a battle and this team fought for it with us (we didn't end up getting - we got beat by a cash offer for $80k over asking. Ha!). Lisa and Melissa were on the phone with us into the evening hours to make sure we were able to put an offer in on a house we loved. This level of flexibility blew me away, I am so grateful for their willingness to put such effort into getting us into a home. They were professional and intelligent, yet human. I'm so grateful for Melissa, Lisa, and Tonje. They answered countless questions, ran the numbers on multiple different scenarios, and celebrated with us when we finally got the home we had been dreaming of. Thank you, Team Pattee! You are all lovely.

  Guild mortgage and specifically team Joe Pattee have been phenomenal ! We used them with our original mortgage and our refinance and both times had 100% ease in transaction, friendly service and excellent follow up! Levi always answered all our questions and was quick to respond to phone calls and emails and always followed up with everything. He went above and beyond on our original mortgage when we ran into an issue with the well of the sub-division, but he did a lot of research and between him and our realtor they were able to quickly resolve the issue and we were able to close on time with no further hick-ups! I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service from this team who made the process, both times, so easy and FAST!! Even a year after our first transaction with them (and subsequently second), we still get letters in the mail, emails and phone calls from them just checking to see if we had any further questions or need any help with anything from our transitions, to taxes, or our insurance! I will occasionally call Levi when I get something wired in the mail concerning our mortgage and he has been great answering my questions about it every time! (Even when the answer is “junk mail don’t worry about” 😊) We will use them again and again and refer anybody that needs a mortgage company to them!
