  I was not impressed with this company. Their customer service was less than satisfying and they are not very professional when you talk to them. They don't seem to care about helping the customer. In the beginning they kept saying that we did not have home owners insurance when we did. After about the third time of them getting the insurance information they said they were going to sign us up for an insurance company out of Cincinnati Ohio. I am sure that they are in contract with them. They finally accepted the insurance we had after about 6 months of battling with them on this. Another inconvenience to the customer is when you want to make a payment but have to split it up, they will not let you do it on the same day. You have to wait several days after the first part is paid. Until they change the way they conduct their business, I would not recommend using them.

  The lady I talked to explained everything to me so I actually understand what was going on and also helped me to see options for savings in the future. The Jeremy I talked to the first time I called was just average though but the lady I called at end of day was amazing!

  NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I WAS LATE ONE TIME AND THEY REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAU, NOW I CAN'T REFINANCE DUE TO LOWER PAYING JOB. WE'RE IN A PANDEMIC. THEY RUIN PEOPLES LIVES. BEWARE OF THEM!!!!

  I have had my home loan for two years with them. I have had to tell them to pay the hazard insurance when it comes out of my loan. So they failed to pay it on time. I received a cancellation notice for my insurance. I called them and they said they paid it. It was late but they paid it. They assured me it was fine. I recess notice today from home loans saying my hazard insurance is deficient. How can that be when it comes out of my escrow account that they manage....this is a very bad place to have your loan through!Also got notice they are raising my loan payment. If anything they should lower it for the mistakes they are causing me.

  Tonya was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. She is a perfect example how to handle a customer. Quickly, solved my issue, and went above and beyond just sorting through the issues.

  I am no longer with Homeloanserv as they are very backwards. Last year they did not pay my insurance before due, causing a nightmare I am now no longer with them and it has been a further challenge to get the paperwork cleaned up. It has taken over four months and still not finalized. They really don't know what they are doing.

  INFURIATING!!! I'm so frustrated with this company! They have been financing my home for years and I have been disappointed with them from the very start, anytime I have called needing help, I've gotten bad customer service, or none at all! Lately I keep getting the runaround. I just want to talk to one person that can ACTUALLY help me! I really don't think that is too much to ask. I have only ever had ONE time when I called and got a competent and nice person on the phone, I believe her name was Barbra, she was super nice and patient with me and actually took the time to help explain things to me. She has been the ONLY good experience I have had in the last few years with HomeLoanServ.

  Our mortgage was sold to this company and we thought they were fine. COVID hit, Idaho went into lockdown, and we called and requested the forbearance (which was not to be reported due to national disaster). Luckily my husband was deemed essential, and we caught right up within the month. Paid our mortgage, requested to be removed from the covid coding, and put back on autopay. We have paid every month this year. Decided to refinance and take advantage of low interest rates so that we can replace our AC and roof. But when we got into our refi application with another lender, we have been marked as in forbearance/DELINQUENT since the lockdown. To the lending world, it looks like we’re in pre-foreclosure. Ineligible for refi, or any other kind of loans for that matter. Our credit has taken a 40 point nose dive. Called and was assured I would get an email, and it would be corrected within 2-3 business days, and we’d receive another email. No such correspondence. Called to follow up. Was sent in circles from one voicemail to another. Called again to follow up, and was told it has been corrected but WILL NOT BE REFLECTED on our credit for up to 60 days. Two months. For two months we will be ineligible for any credit or refi due to NO fault of our own. Tried to speak to the corrections lady directly and got her voicemail again. Was assured I would get an email confirmation. No emails. They’ve confirmed my email over the phone twice. To say we are livid is an understatement.

  Humberto was super professional and friendly, he went beyond and above when he assisted me. Solved all my issues, he provided an excellent customer service.

  I talked with someone named Jenny! She was ready to fight from the moment I said hi! And for the rest of call I had explained to her , HLS is the one paying for mortgage insurance Not me! And she was insisting that I am paying for mortgage insurance out of pocket?!!!!!!!! She had my account open in front of her and she probably did not have the ability to read. Such a shame to deal with these people with no knowledge and at the same time ruuuuuude.
