  I have done refinance for 2 of my homes in the last 6 months. Experience with Loan factory is very positive, with timely response and good interest rates. One more refinance is in progress right now. What I wish to see is to have in-house underwriting, which give better control over interest rates.

  Before going to loan factory, I inquired multiple big banks and they told me that it takes 2-3 months to complete refinance. I reached to loan factory and they completed my refinance less than 2 weeks with interest rate better than other big banks can offer. The process is so simple and quick. I will come back to them again for me next purchases.
