  Verity credit union is 1,000x better than any bank. I moved out of WA 5 years ago, and I am SO GLAD I kept my membership open. The features in online banking keep getting more robust--using it is intuitive, informative, and empowering. Verity staff are compassionate, progressive, and they've come up with some straight-up ingenious ways to partner with non-profits and support their communities. They really are the gold standard for a financial institution; I'll be a member and sing their praises for life.

  Excellent customer service! Ashley went above and beyond to help me with a business account. I was in awe how caring and attentive she was. The follow up was great but more than anything, I appreciated how she went out of her way to help meet my needs. I also worked with Paris and she was amazing and personable as well. She was very prompt in communication and made the overall process very smooth and seamless. Thank you Ashley and Paris for providing a wonderful experience! I only have great things to say. Highly recommend Verity and their team.

  I’ve been with Verity Credit Union for about 7 or 8 years now and the customer service is great, staff members are very nice along with helpful when it comes to all the services offered and I appreciate all the assistance I’ve received! Opening accounts are a very smooth process as well! I receive help when I need it from Ashley Smith, she’s awesome and extremely helpful!! If you need help in any way, I’d definitely recommend asking for her to get further assistance!

  I have currently been working with Ashley who represents Verity Credit Union and I must say that she has been an absolute delight. Her follow through, detail, and professionalism were outstanding. Nice change from the big banks!

  I had the most amazing experience with Verity Credit union Employee Nick Rich. Long story short, he was patient, very supportive and helped myself and my family sort out a lot of things in a timely manner. Kudos to Nick and the entire Verity Credit Union team.

  The Verity Beacon Hill branch is INCREDIBLE; superior customer service, especially by Scott, their Community Branch Manager. He and the rest of the team get back to me so quickly over email to answer my questions. They really care about their customers, for instance hosting a webinar to answer questions about PPP. Plus at Verity, $72 of every $100 deposited goes to invest in community investments -- 13% above industry averages (as seen in mightydeposits.com). I know my money is being used well, and customer service is superior. I am very happy with Verity for my business banking needs.

  I’ve been banking with Verity for several years and have been really happy with their customer service… Much more attention and convenient personalized help compared to the bigger banking institutions. Shout-out to Scott Kim in particular!

  The Verity Credit Union office at the V.A. is wonderful! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. No matter what kind of help I need they are able to give helpful advice and help me solve my problem. I found the manager, Hector Montano especially knowledgeable, helpful and always gracious. I have recommended Verity and this office in particular to my friends who were looking for a new bank.

  This is very long overdo. Verity Crédit Union is wonderful. The staff at the VA are always pleasant. Branch Manager Hector Montano is always very helpful and willing to work with us. The great customer service and quick acknowledgement when you come in throught the door is a nice gesture. I definitely recommend banking at Verity. As always, thank you.
