If you want a reason to close all your banking products, visit this branch.

This Bank of America branch is always understaffed. Out of the 8 windows, only one teller is open and helping the 15 plus customers standing and waiting. This is unacceptable and looks really bad on your side. As a business owner, I would like to able to in and out rather than standing in line and waste valuable time. Be creative with your staff scheduling so you’re not always understaffed and we’re not suffering from your poor decisions.

Horrible Customer Service. Just left this location. I don't know how they think it would make sense during the busy holiday season to have one teller, but that's exactly what they had working. Waited in line for 15 minutes to do a very simple transaction. All the while, there were 3 "bankers" sitting at their desks staring blankly at their computers. When I turned to one of the bankers and asked if they have another teller that can help they said "no, we just have the one." I waited all that time and there were only three people in line ahead of me. As I was leaving there were at least six people behind me, I feel sorry for them. I am not a BofA customer, I was depositing money into a family member's account as a Christmas gift. But this sort of experience certainly won't win them any customers.

The waiting chairs are cloth material... they’re supposed to be red, but a shade of black is taking hold of the chairs. Please change it to leather so it’s more hygienic. Most of the teller and representatives are nice. There is a representative to greet me at the door every time I visit the bank. Furniture is so outdated and branch interior needs serious makeover.

Being in 30 mins for business checking account. Not being recognized or welcomed by the employee over here. The worst customer service I have experience. Over all they made me not really wanna do business with this bank. If you do your business and value your time. DO NOT COME HERE.... It was wasting my 2 hours to solve lil problem.

Don’t ever interrupt the branch manager when he’s plugged with his headphones on his lap top chatting it away. Disconnected operations and communication gaps. Went in for a notary. Branch manager asked if I had appointment. Told him I didn’t. Told me that he couldn’t help me then and pointed me to the way of the other specialists who were already assisting customers. Went back to his desk, plugged in his headphones, and resumed his chat session. Irked. Made an appointment through the app for the following day. Day of...arrived and specialist told me that she couldn’t help with the notary. Irritated at this point. Explained to her why the branch manager failed to acknowledge this the day before. She couldn’t answer. Walked out disgusted. Wasted my time.

Worst customer service exerience ever. Lines of 20 people waiting 15 min just to be seen. Leaving 2 tellers open when you can clearly see 3 other people walking around in the back. The branch manager has a nasty fake attitude and personality.

Waited 20 minutes and still in line waiting. Only 5 people on front of when I came in. Still 3 in front of me. Only one teller open. 4 people behind me. Where are all the workers? This slow service is not the first time.

The WORST wait times I have ever experienced in a bank... Consistently!! Third time I left after standing for a half hour.
