  The line is always long! Yet it goes by fast! Easy to get checked in! The wonderful managers Ivy and Mia does a spectacular job! Great experience especially in these times where it gets super busy!

  I wouldn’t even give this a star rating, zero rating on this bank the associate here and manager are not that good helping customers. Line is long 1 associate working, 2 just clearly who now’s what they doing. Bad customer service

  This branch is bad enough I'm considering closing my account, have been a client since Seafirst Bank was the bank. No one answered the phone for 45 minutes, when I finally got through the rep I spoke to refused to verify whether a cashier's check was valid because it violates customer privacy, even though it has nothing to do with customer privacy and everything to do with them just confirming this branch issued it and I am not receiving a counterfeit check. No other bank I deal with has a problem doing this, highly suspicious. When I questioned the representative of this I was hung up on. Customer service 101 is needed here badly. I also don't think I need to go anywhere to discuss it further based on your cut and paste reply. feel free to reach out if you're actually interested in improvement.

  I am customer of Bank of America, who likes the services that the Bank provides. However, I believe this location in Othello is reflecting a bad image of the Bank. The people who works here have lack of professional. They are rude, mean and have lack of training how to deal a diverse community. Mostly employees are asian, and they have lack of communication of how to deal non asian folks. I am requesting from the Bank’s Administration to take look at this location complaints , and make the employees a diverse who can understand the needs of the community lives there. Otherwise, it might seem that the co-operation is satisfied, and will resualt alot of clients like me to leave this Bank.

  I have my business account for my LLC with Bank of America, which as the sole proprietor my debt card has my name and my business name on it. This branch refused to cash a check made out to me by my insurance company (and their account is with BoA too as the check says so). The teller (asking for help from someone else, who clearly had no idea what to do either) tried to rip me off telling me I could cash it for $8 and get half in cash and half in a cashier check because I have a business account and no personal account. I called the 800 number for business accounts which confirmed they should have no reason to refuse cashing my check. The business accounts team suggested I speak to a branch manager or go to a different branch. If you’re a small business owner go elsewhere. This branch clearly has no idea how to handle business accounts and I’m not going to waste my time educating them for BoA. I hope the Columbia City branch is better, because I’ll have to take my business account to a completely different bank if this continues.

  I've had good experiences at this bank. I've had issues with my check being held and had to wait 7 days for the hold to be lifted. Before that we went to get help for that issue and all we got was they couldn't help. Long waiting times and some of the tellers are rude. But other than that no problems.

  Super disappointed on customer services perspective. I went there to make a foreign money transfer. A guy with nice suite get my name and phone #, he said I have to wait or I can go home and somebody will call you to make appointment since I didn't have one in advance, that is fine, I went home. After that I never received a call as promised.

  I know this is the worse experience I had banking in my 60 yrs on earth. The manager is cold, difficult, no savvy and has no clue how to treat a customer. She only helps her people while working the most diversity zip code is in the nation. We need a different person to run this branch..

  Horrible customer service. The lines are so long and there are never enough tellers working. Most of the workers there just stand around trying to direct the long line of customers instead of opening a new window.

  I just watched two branch managers make fun of my disabled wife after not helping her really. They didn't know I was watching and heard them laughing at her behind her back because I was behind there's. As a whole Washington Othello is the worst customer service we have ever experienced.
