  I had my roof replaced by Westfall. I was given a 4-5 week target start date and we started in 3. The crew stayed until 8:15 PM to finish the entire project in 1 day. The staff at the office was great and the whole thing was done with minimal hassle. The new roof looks great and I’ve been getting compliments from the neighbors.

  Westfall did a great job adding a new roof to my home!! They were professional and on time. They walked me through the entire process and the team working all deserve praise. Definitely recommend going with them to get your roof done!!

  I waited on a service call for two weeks. Bruce arrived and told me he wouldn't touch my roof before getting his ladder off his truck. He was very rude and a waste of my time.

  I just had my roof replaced with Westfall. Prior to signing a contract with them, I had 3 other estimates. Westfall is not the cheapest but their customer service and professionalism made the difference for me. From the first contact I had with Lenny Gonzalez (very professional and informative) to scheduling with Natalie Aristizabal (kept me informed of project start and preparation) to Simon (the Job Supervisor who made sure the roof installation went smoothly from start to finish, as well as making sure I was informed and comfortable with the whole process) and last, but certainly not least the roof installers who were pleasant and worked diligently and quickly in the hot Florida sun. Great job to the Westfall team and I would highly recommend them!

  Im very pleased with the roof replacement done by Westfall Roofing. From my initial roof inspection and service proposal from KT, scheduling with Natalie, to the thorough follow up of supervisor Simon during and after the job it’s been impressive. The work was well done and on time. They are very customer service oriented, and Simon in particular went above and beyond to make sure there was barely a trace that anyone had even been here, much less replaced our roof. I’d recommend them highly. Dave

  From quote to finished job...very professional, crew was excellent, clean up was superb! Attention to detail was above and beyond! Justin who is by the way a Military Veteran, was very professional during the first meeting and was able to give me a quote that same day. From the first day, no hard sells! Justin provided me with a professional online zoom meeting presentation where he showed me the process and was able to ask additional questions. They were the best quote out of 5 roofing companies and also one of the best in terms of credentials, so it was a no brainer to hire Westfall Roofing. There were 4 workers on all 3 days and that included a lead person. They were on time every morning and worked late every day. I also loved that they use no subcontractors!!! I will most definitely highly recommend Justin at Westfall Roofing to all my family, friends and clients for sure when they are looking to replace their roof. As a Real Estate Agent it is very important that I am very happy myself with the companies I refer out to my clients. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. From the estimate to the actual work, everything was done in a professional and timely manner. The crew was excellent and cleaned up completely each day. Thank you for my beautiful new roof!

  I have been a Westfall customer for many years. I have referred them to everyone I know. This year I had a roof leak and Brian came out to give me a quote. He did not have a ladder to get on my roof and did not get in my attic. He gave me a quote for $650 anyway. I scheduled the work and he said they were running 2 weeks. A month later Sherri sent her "veteran" crew out. They were done in 45 minutes or less. I contacted Sherri as I thought that was a lot of money for some nail pops. She had her sales manager Steve call me. He gave me a song and dance about it being 2 story and a steep roof. Being a roofing company Id say that comes with the territory. I went out of town only to come back and find my roof leaking worse. Steve told me Sherri said she would have someone out in a couple days. A week later a different crew showed up and did not have safety equipment to get on roof. 5 days later a different crew showed up and found nail pops that her "veteran" crew missed. I have had to miss work 4 times and have zero confidence that my roof is fixed. I will NEVER use Westfall again. I will be looking for someone else to do my $30,000 roof replacement. Then I will have my ceiling fixed and mold abatement done.

  From the sales associate to the project manager, everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Worked hard and efficiently through each day and they were responsive to all questions. Roof looked great afterwards. Even pointed out where another roofing company had botched a previous repair. Would definitely recommend.

  Contracted with Garrett to have a metal non-exposed roof put on our forever home. From beginning, to date, service so far has been prompt, accurate, professional, and honest. He explained going into the project the timeframe delay for install, however he was able to get someone out to temporarily keep the house dry so we could continue with the interior remodeling. Very pleased so far and hoping install goes as smoothly and looks as awesome as I'm expecting it to. Definitely call Garrett if you have any roofing needs.
