  So walked in at 2:20 to open up an account. Signed in on their computer. Couple minutes later Gio (front desk person) asked me if I needed help. I told him I was opening an account. He said okay someone will be in a few minutes and sat back down. 10 minutes later with nobody in the lobby, 3 reps at their desk one staring at a computer. I walk up to Gio and ask him why am I still waiting? He said the Reps were busy and I looked over and I said but the bank is empty ... he replied it's lunch time. Really..at 2.35pm? I walked out. True story. I hear Suncoast is a great Bank but this location looks like they could use some retraining.

  This is by far the WORST BANKS I'VE EVER BEEN A CUSTOMER OF!!! I wait every Friday in line for over 45 minutes to deposit my check, then ATM's almost never work on weekend or Friday. This is unacceptable. Now I've been twice on Saturday ATM doesn't work and only one does with a 9 car line 45 minutes later broke too. Omg!!!, really need to look at management for better service to you customers

  Thus far, my favorite bank. I have an account with HSBC and had one with Chase. Both of those bigger banks allow for larger credit limits, but they have the world's worst customer service. Suncoast is a great local bank. I can easily make deposits and withdraws, and I can quickly get to a service rep when I have any trouble. Pretty much everything is free and I have used my card on multiple occasion internationally without much of an issue.

  I decided to switch from major Banks that just took advantage of me and switched to SCU. Arian was extremely professional and courteous. 5 stars checking and saving account with no fees and a decent rate in money market accounts.

  Do not come to this branch!! I repeat do not!! The tellers are quick and RESPECTFUL!!! But beyond that if you are in a rush or just want to go for a loan, credit card, etc. It doesn't matter what time you come you WILL wait up to an hour or more for a 5 min conversation with a human!!! Not worth it. I have had two encounters with Shanna Payne and every time she made me regret my decision of choosing this bank!!! I'm beyond furious by her rude sarcasm that I honestly now hate this branch and would rather drive 30 minutes to another location!!!!

  First time visiting this credit union in person. Definitely will never come back to this branch ever again in life. I do not see how they are still in business I am definitely more I do not see how they are still in business I am moving my car loan ASAP. If your not Hispanic they will skip you smh

  Love Suncoast! Every time I go to this branch I see Shanna Payne. She is so friendly and helpful. She knows what she's doing and helps me get out of there as fast as possible. Shanna is the reason I continue to come back to this branch. Absolutely love her.

  I've been happy with the bank till recently. My husband has been with the bank for over twenty years and me over ten. Found out that I apparently had a collection with them that was paid nearly 6 years ago and it's still on my credit report, not sure what it was from. They couldnt even tell me what it was from. Then went in there today to get a small loan so we can put money down on a house to rent. Our credit wasn't bad nor perfect. We make over 4 thousand month but according to them our debt ratio of less than two hundred dollars wasn't sufficient enough to get the loan. I find that hard to believe that we couldn't get approved even though we have credit cards to show credit and have made on time payments. This bank is full of crap!! Very disappointed!

  This branch is a zoo. Screaming kids running all over the place. You check in on a computer up front, some woman was standing right on top on me, trying to ask me something about a letter in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. There was only 1 or 2 people working in the office area. Glad I only have a car loan from SunCoast and I bank else where. I'd never go to this branch again.

  by far one of the worst Suncoast locations. The ATM is always broken when i go tot deposit cash, and they've installed speed bumps in the bank that are so big they have caused damage to my car. i will no longer be banking here and id highly advice anyone that drives a sports car to not bank here let alone go into the parking lot of this bank. you will sincerely regret it.
