  In the past, I used TurboTax software to prepare/file my income tax returns; however, last year I went to Liberty Tax Service of Stafford. They helped me get tax benefits/advantages that were missed by using TurboTax. They prepared/filed my return so quickly with results in my favor for a change.   I just filed my 2021 tax return with this Office. The team is very professional and friendly. They treat you like family, walk you through your tax return and answer all your questions before you sign. I highly recommend this office, they are the best.

  I've been doing my taxes with Joseph for years. He is absolutely the best in the business and he is always honest! His staff are respectful and professional, very kindhearted individuals. This establishment is still following CDC protocol guidelines for Covid19. The staff desk are all 6 feet apart and glass dividers separate the customers from the staff.

  I’ve been doing my taxes for years and no one ever sat me down and explained to me what I was doing wrong or even my tax situation period. This lady showed me just what to do to ensure I never owe taxes again. At first I didn’t believe her. Now, 3 years later, so glad I listened. Thank you so much Mrs. Jones. You are a lifesaver.

The lady that helped me walked me all the way through the process and shared knowledge I needed to know about my tax situation that no one ever took the time to share.   Had no idea what to expect. Just had to get my taxes done. Moved to Texas recently and was unsure of where to go. Didn’t want to overpay but needed a professional. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thank you for making the experience pleasant. I will be back.

  I hate that I always look at the reviews after they get over on me. Debricka Jones prepared0 my taxes on my birthday. She was very polite and wishing me happy birthday throughout the entire process. Her exact words to me were” you are getting back to 1300. I used and estimator the night before and was expecting. 1500 so this sounded ok. Then I sighed this little electronic pad whenever she told me to. I then said thank you and left. When I got home and looked at my papers I read my actual refund is 2240 and mrs Jones gave herself a prepaarers fee of 791.00 dollars. I went back to the office immediately and told her I think you made a mistake. She told me those were the fees that the computer adds up automatically and it was too late to cancel because everything was sent. The owner has been giving me the runaround, telling me he is going to give me a partial refund. Now, he is upset because I talked to corporate about the situation. The owners name is is Joseph. It’s sad that it has to come down to going above his head. He should have easily taken care of this problem and moved on. Stay away from this place they will con you out of money. My taxes were simple I should’ve paid according to their website 44.00 people wil take advantage of you everywhere you turn. The lady is a smart woman and she knows what she was doing. She was smiling and wishing me happy birthday while stealing from me. I barely got 2250 dollars and they gave me 1300. Over 900 dollars in fees for a very simple tax return. I was there for about 2 and a half hours. Beware there are evil people everywhere.

  I’ve been coming here for years. I have an underlying health issue and I didn’t know what to do about getting out during COVID-19. I made a call to my tax lady and she made things sooo easy and saw everything through. You can send your documents via email and they will call you and go over everything then send a link to sign remotely. It gave me a chance to look at everything without being there. Glad I was already in their system. Thanks so much

  I go to this tax place every year. Joseph is actually really knowledgeable and helpful. After being pretty frustrated going to several places, I always end up right back here because he’s trustworthy. Helpful with all questions and very professional.
