  Friendly and knowledgeable staff and fair prices. I went in after cleaning out my closet of jewelry and designer wallets/purses, they took care of me within minutes and offered complementary water 😊

  I frequent a lot of pawn shops and I must say this is the first "1 star" I've given... The place is nice for a pawn shop but it lacks customer service. There was a young lady helping a customer, and she was kind enough to tell me someone would be right with me but that is about as far as it went. There was another man, whom I'm assuming is the manager or owner, who spent the whole time talking on his cell phone while I waited. He never acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. The young lady seemed to be the only one that cared because again she apologized and said she'd be right with me but I felt it best if I just left. They obviously don't need the business. I had read a previous review and maybe the ownership should look into these issues or maybe there motto is like previously stated in the other review "THEY AREN'T HURTING FOR MONEY".
