  As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about making this purchase. My experience with kg capital mortgage was great. Especially having Jay, as my loan officer.   i had been putting off refinancing my home, knowing the interest rates we exceptionally low and it was the perfect time, due to the fact I was just so busy with work and personal life and could not spare the time to go in person. While talking to a friend, she recommended me to Jay Abeya, who she had referred several people to in the past. She assured me everything could be done over the phone and electronically. The process was fairly smooth (except for digging up all the information needed, to no fault of Jay's) and the whole process only took about a month. I'm completely satisfied and happy to share I will be able to pay off my home before I turn 50! If you are looking to refinance or purchase a home, I strongly recommend K&G Capital Mortgage and ask for Jay.

  We worked with Jay Abeja (from K&G) to refinance our existing loan, and have to say that the experience was seamless and very efficient. He guided us throughout the entire process without any drama or complications and made use of the electronic tools available to keep everything flowing smoothly (this was during COVID lockdown). Most importantly, he seemed to be on top of everything before I would even ask. Very knowledgeable and professional broker. If that may be more convincing, we refinanced a 30-yr fixed @ 2.65% in less than 3 weeks. That was in June 2020. I highly recommend him.

  Very happy to have met Jay when shopping our rate around. We were offered 4.8% by another broker, and Jay was able to get us 3.8%. In addition to the lower rate, he was there when we had questions and walked us through the entire process.
