  I had a wonderful experience as a first time home buyer. As a Retired Army Veteran the home buying experience awesome, because the process was explained from the beginning. Mr. Sutton took the time to explain the details of home buying from credit building, credit management, budgeting, and he took the time to get me ready for one of the largest purchase of my life. He is down to earth but very professional with class. His professionalism, honesty and his can do attitude speaks well of his character. This is the reason I choose him after the experience with other mortgage companies.

  I was referred to Sutton Mortgage Company on Feb 1, 2022 by a previous client and I spoke with Mr. Al that same day. I closed on my home Mar 18, 2022! It literally took me 45 days from start to finish with the help of this amazing company via Mr. Sutton going above and beyond for his client. In retrospect it’s still unbelievable due to the fact that I’m an “Over the Road” Truck Driver that does not have the luxury of taking off from work as much as I’d like to. As a potential first time home owner Al Sutton amazingly facilitated the entire process of me acquiring my home from start to finish walking me through every detail setting me up for success and did not miss a single beat. And most of this was done remotely because of my job! It only took him 2 weeks to finalize closing on my home. Sutton Mortgage Company help me efficiently accomplish one of my biggest life goals thus far and I learned a lot in such a short period of time! I Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Sutton Mortgage was great to work with. We were stalled in the mortgage process with our bank for 3 months, after firing our bank we went to Sutton Mortgage and Al got us approved and closed in 2 weeks.   I had superb experience. My file was a very difficult one, I went through 3 company before coming to Mr. AL. Honestly I didn't think he could anything different than the others but , I tell you he didn't give up.   I recently just close on my home and I highly recommend Al Sutton. From the day I came in contact with him he has been nothing but helpful, kind, patient and informative.   I am a Realtor, when I bring my loan officer Al Sutton into the equation. I am bringing the best and knowledgeable person that can get it done.
