  Don't come here for your taxes. They will purposely alter your refund to look like you are getting more back so you leave happy and don't mind paying the $400. Then the IRS will amend your refund and you will be left with scraps. Owner doesn't care. It's not his problem he hires incompetent people. He already has your $400 so it's not his problem. Go to H and R block. It's more professional and accurate. Thanks for nothing Kevin!!

  Our appointment was with Kevin Cunningham who met as at the Price Hill office. He is always very patient and knowledgeable. He ended up saving us about $1000 that we would have owed.

  The owner, Kevin is super sketchy and goes by different names like 'John.' They filed our taxes incorrectly and we called to complain. He doesn't want to listen but hear himself talk. The building looks like bedbug city and all the workers are loud and unprofessional. Don't get services from these clowns.

  They were very nice and toom their time to make sure i got everything that i could. She explained it all to me step by step.

  The lady that did our taxes took 4 hours used the wrong address when I told her she was using the wrong address she promised she was going to fix it never did. Then I was told I had to get a NetSpend card to get the rapid refund I didn't didn't want to because I have direct deposit anyways with the wrong address we spent months without a crad. Finally figured that out and now yet to get out stimluas because of the wrong address. I advise nobody to go here not only did she not know what she was doing wasn't trained well spent more time on the phone flirting with her boss then helping us I left with no paperwork that night due to their printer being messed up I will never go back. On top of that they charged me 990 dollars for what I might ask....

  CHOOSE ANY OTHER BRANCH ..DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BRANCHES SCAM I HAVE WORKED WITH OTHER BRANCHES FOR 8 YEARS ANY OTHER BRANCH WILL GIVE YOU A BETTER DEAL CALL ANY OTHER AND SEE FOR YOURSELF, They lie dont pay the ridiculous amount to get your taxes done here .this is the worst branch ever go to any other one they wont charge as much i can prove it , AND i showed them qnd they said they would match it and they and they took my money without authorization

  I expected to pay $250.00 maybe $300.00 for mine and my Wifes taxes. End up paying $491.00 which is way higher than I anticipated. They do not give you a price/estimate up front, but instead wait until they are finished then stick you with the bill and no options! I wont be back!

  The old man was very rude and acted really nasty . I felt like it was more of an interrogation than it was filing a return ... i would never recommend this place of business... hoestly dont known how there still in business...

  I wont be coming back they didnt add my money up right so the irs has been holding my refund since i filed February 15 2018 and it is already May 15 2018
