  This will be the last time you search for a banker to finance a home or property. Craig Rhodes and his team were the ultimate in professionalism, communication, accuracy and speed. They were great about answering my questions and were in touch almost daily with information and updates. While Craig is busy handling the actual first contact calls he has a terrific assistant in Rebecca who becomes your liaison through the remainder of the financing or refinancing process These folks were terrific and Craig Rhodes and Lending Edge will be my go-to Banking team.

  Just closed my fifth loan with Lending Edge. Great rate, minimal hassle, moved us right through the process. It was a re-fi at 30% loan to value so they were able to waive the appraisal. Makes me want to buy more homes just for the fun of the loan process with Craig and Rebecca.
