  During the pandemic, my husband and I wanted to refinance our home (in order to take advantage of the low interest rates!) So... we found ourselves having to do this process online! Call us wary, but we were a little hesitant to do this online. Luckily for us, we found Home Loan Energy. Kimberly at Home Loan Energy reassured us that everything was going to be OK, and it was! She was honest and trustworthy. But, what I really loved was her patience. She took her time to thoroughly explain every step of this process, and never hesitated to receive one of my calls! We went from a 4.375% to a 2.375% interest rate, reduced our loan by 5 years, and got cash out!!! Thank you Kimberly!!!
