  We are thankful we chose LeAnn Dodge State Farm Insurance when we moved to the area. Jessica is amazing! We saved $625 on our auto insurance. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and is quick to answer your emails or phone calls. The entire staff has been so helpful with all of our insurance needs. Thank you Jessica!

  Unlike other companies I've been with, State Farm substantiates any rate increase before making adjustments. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff.

  My agent recently reached out to me about an insurance review since we had not done one yet, and through the process suggested that I look into home refinance options since the rates were low. I had not considered this since I already had a decent rate and did not want to start my loan term over, but I decided to go for it. Surprisingly, I ended up with a lower rate, significant savings in my monthly payment, and shortened my loan term up by one year from where I was. The folks at the LeAnn Dodge State Farm office are excellent to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a refreshing change from their current mortgage and insurance situation.

  Jessica was so amazing! Her positive attitude and professional manner made it easy to explain my complicated situation. I received a super fast quote and it was much lower that the current policies I already had through multiple different companies. I would highly recommend State Farm insurance in general but specifically this location because of their ultimate customer service!

  I am a retired insurance agent. For 31 years I worked hard at providing the best customer service possible for my clients. Until one has been an agent one can't really understand how difficult a job follow-up can be. My wife and I recently bought a home. I went in to see Jessica a week or two before the escrow close date to get a quote for our new home. Jessica reminded me, though she shouldn't have had to, to call her when our new home closed escrow. In process of moving, I completely forgot to notify Jessica of our escrow close and ask her to activate coverage. The very next morning after escrow close, Jessica followed up with me to verify the need to start coverage. So nice to know that someone "has your back", and Jessica has been that kind of agent for us.
