  Elite did a fabulous job on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. They handled everything with my insurance company directly making the whole repair a breeze. They kept me well informed and my car looked beautiful when I came to pick it up. Thank you!

  When I hit a deer with my car recently, immediately Elite Collision came to mind to get an estimate from. Boy am I glad that I did. The insurance adjuster estimated $2500 in damage, but the reality is that the damages totaled over $10,200 after tax. Had I went with the adjusters number I would have really been in hot water as that amount wouldn't be enough to buy the parts alone. Insurance stepped up to the plate and cut me a check for total loss (thank you Cincinnati, you were great!) and I am a happy camper. Trust Elite, they will serve you well.

  I am THRILLED with the work done by Elite on my auto recently. The customer service shown me from start to finish was SUPERIOR - a special shout out to Deana for her consistent care and her knowledge and communications throughout the process. The entire staff did a remarkable job removing striping paint from my auto and working with the insurance company and rental car agency. the End result - a delighted customer who will return if the need arises.   I am very pleased with the work done at Elite on my pick-up. They are a great group of people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good collision center, with a friendly, and proficient team. Ask for Ben for any body work, he does a great job!

  Elite was a great top notch experience from the get go. They are family owned and I can tell you that they only work for you not the insurance companies. That is something I will come back for. They use OEM parts and only would repair your car with the brand approved parts. Thanks again.

  These guys were great. They went to bat for me against my insurance company and got me all new OEM parts even when AllState was trying to get them to use aftermarket. They kept me informed throughout the process and made a difficult situation a lot easier. I’d recommend them for sure.

  As usual our truck was returned to us in perfect mint condition with a fresh wash and some extra touch up paint. We have a truck with a magnetic personality that attracts other vehicles to bond with it and Elite collision Center is the plastic surgeon that keeps her looking young and beautiful despite the dents and dings.
