J 2805And now you can understand my comments from this posting earlier. Simply look at the front page of the reflector. Did not make goal of May closure but succeeded in half. Chase will be my new bank. Replacing previous rating with this one. Staff here have always treated me well. Not their fault the CEO and managers lost touch with their clients. I’m still closing down accounts by May and finding another bank. But by all means is not the staff at this facilities fault.

HOWARD RACKHAM1This is the first time I have written a negative review, but because this was the third time I have visited this branch and all three times I had poor interaction with Terese . I have had this same account for over 40 years because of consistently friendly service, Terese can’t be everything to everyone, but one thing she should not do....is tell someone what they can’t do and focus on what they can do. She needs to find another job where being condescending is acceptable. Possibly the branch is under staffed and being overworked makes it difficult to be Customer friendly. I do not plan on coming back to Battleground Wells Fargo again.

Brian is a great manager, Jessica does a wonderful job running the troops, and Mari is amazing doing her customer rep function. I always get a follow up call or answer to my questions, it's just a great branch. Thank you!

Mike Bolle1Boo Wells Fargo Corporate! Moved my account due to all their corporate drama! Just can't trust them anymore. The local staff here is great but I don't want to take a chance I don't recommend that you do either. Also don't go to chase their one very small step above Wells Fargo not an upgrade!

But ATM kiosk at driveway won't accept it. Had to drive to Vancouver. I'm PO'd right now! Lots of gas wasted!

John Miller1I am extremely disappointed with this branch, long wait time. When I finally get help with a guy named Brian, who is apparently the branch manager all I could smell was alcohol. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Stephen Lucroy1I have been going in multiple times and no manager seems to be there. The staff seems surprised that neither branch or service managers are in. I’m about ready to move my money and business else where. This branch is a joke.
