  I have had a generally positive experience. The only issue I have is with the safe driver discount program. They have a device that they mail to you to hook up to your car. However, the devices never arrived. I called the branch, emailed the branch and I called the main State Farm 1.800 number. I have been told for 2 months that “they will arrive in 7 days”.... only for them to never arrive... fast forward to my current bill and my premium is raised because I haven’t “set up and activated” the devices I can’t seem to get. So that’s sort of annoying because I am doing everything I’m supposed to.. but being penalized because State Farm can’t get me the devices!

  Leah helped me save tons of money on my insurances, while giving me a way better plan, for less the cost. She was able to explain to me about all of my plans and what is a more compatible coverage for my needs, with even showing me life insurance policies that would equal to the same amount I was paying before through a competing company.
