  We found our dream home a little over year ago and our real estate agent referred us to Michael to help us get our loan. Michael could not have been more kind and helpful! He made what can be a nightmare a really awesome experience for us! He is very dedicated and is available for questions and concerns at all times.   Coming into this experience as a first time homebuyer I knew would be very overwhelming. Ron was more than knowledgeable and made my experience less daunting.   Harris picoult is the very best and honest person at summit mortgage in my opinion. My whole family trusts him for our home mortgages etc. Always smooth transactions and great advice etc. I love the fact he sends cards and updated market info after transaction as well.

  I have done several mortgages with Harris (Piccault) over the years. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. He makes the process as simple as possible, and he fills out the forms for you. He goes out of his way to make it convenient. He tells you all your options, and the financial consequences of each option, so you can make your best decision. In this particular instance, I got a quote from Quicken, thinking they might be cheaper. Nope--my closing costs with Summit were several hundred dollars less, and my interest rate was better, too. Harris will do a great job for you!
