  Randy and his team are incredible! They’re honest, easy to work with and kept me in the loop through the whole process.   Randy Emery was amazing. My family and I were trying to figure out our budget, which had gotten out of hand, and I had heard that rates were going down. I thought that it may have been just a rumor, so I had Randy look a little deeper for me. I am so glad that I did. We were able to reduce our bills by over $200 a month! Randy made the process so simple, and really enjoyable too. If I ever need to do this again, or am buying a new house, then I will be giving Randy a call. I would also check with Randy sooner rather than later, since the market has lower interest rates.

  I loved working with Trish we got along great, all the others Randy and Joanne was great to. I bought this house sight unseen because I live in Oregon and the house is in Washington and they did everything to help me get a good feel of the house before I got serious.
