  Very personable, like a breath of fresh air after dealing with big box banks, so happy we decided to change banks after moving to Ocean Shores, it's very nice to see people actually enjoying being at work, I would highly recommend them.

  I appreciate this bank they are always so helpful, kind and patient. And willing to help me whenever I need it. Mandy Brown helped me with a very stressful situation and made everything better, even when I was so upset.

  After moving to the Ocean Shores area, we discovered 1st Security Bank and thought we'd stop in to see what type of services they offered. We talked with several employees, including the manager, witnessed their attention to detail, non-stop friendliness and expert financial advice. All employees have gone out of their way to help in any way possible and I consider one employee to be my "adopted" daughter! Smalll town banking is the BEST and we will never go back to a nationwide commercial bank. Thanks 1st Security Bank of Ocean Shores for making our financial lives a whole lot easier!

  Have been a loyal customer for several years and love the staff and service. Best experience I've ever had with a bank. Mandy Brown has always been there with answers as well as the other staff. Even after they changed from Anchor bank to 1st security I will always be a loyal customer for ever.

  This has been our bank for 3 1/2 years. The staff is very friendly and always ready to answer questions! We opened up our business account a year and a half ago at this branch due to excellent customer service! Highly recommend this branch of 1st security of Washington!!

  I'm not even a 1st Security Bank member YET, but they have assisted me with withdrawing money from my bank, since my bank is only online. They were so friendly, helpful, and did not have any problem going out of their way. This is what customer service is all about. Thank you, I will be a member soon.

  We moved to Ocean Shores last year. We were looking for a bank that would meet all our needs. We checked all the banks and decided Ist Security was the one. The staff is knowledgeable, they are helpful and they are friendly. They are almost like family!

  Moved to Ocean Shores and needed a new bank. Friendly knowledgeable employees. Shelly the manager was a godsend when we opened our own business and needed help setting up a business account. They also are kind enough to laugh at my dumb jokes lol. Highly recomend
