  I have been banking with Launch for years. I started with $5. I now I have a steady checking account a steady savings account. They gave my a credit card. When I walked in to the branch last week in need of help Lacy at the orange city location was quick and helped me with my needs 100% within minutes. She was very helpful, kind and answered all my questions without any frustration. I left feeling very secure and trust Launch with my finances in every way. Thanks guys! Especially you Lacy!

  I recently discovered a situation that led me to believe my account could be compromised- NOT the fault of Launch!! I went straight to my branch and worked with Ashley Cox. She was able to convert my account to a new one. She worked methodically and asked questions as she went, some I hadn't thought of yet. I left with a new account and a new debit card for the account. She called the next 2 days to give me a status on a couple of things and I felt I was in good hands. Thank you so much Ashley!!

  Lacey was a huge help! She helped me create a new checking account and also helped me look into some auto refinance options! She was very polite and I noticed she reached out to another customer who was in a wheel chair and offered him some extra assistance and even knew him by name! She's truly the best one on your team there in Orange City!

  Great branch! The staff is always incredibly helpful and kind. Anytime I have ever had any questions or concerns my emails are responded to in a timely manner and or I receive a phone call. Very refreshing for a bank to have such friendly staff who genuinely take their time to help. 10/10 would recommend!
