      Transaction started out Fantastic. Seemed as if everything was rolling. Then one thing after another happened to delay our closing. After closing and getting our funds check, told that the wire to pay off our house was sent, and all was final. Month later... bank is calling and mailing late notices to us. Call Latah Title and they say that everything was sent. Come to find out, because they did not calculate everything correctly, the wire was sent back to them. They had seen it and neglected to take care of it at that time. After 3 phone calls to them, finally they realized their mistake and got it finalized. Very stressful situation when trying to keep your credit clean to buy a new home.
