  I cannot recommend Synergy One highly enough. The entire team was kind and encouraging, quick to communicate, and incredibly competent and professional. As a first time home buyer, navigating the tricky waters of finding a mortgage was a daunting prospect. Brandon and his team made the process clear and straightforward, and got us to closing 10 days quicker than originally anticipated. I can't imagine working with another lender.

  As a first time home buyer Brandon made the experience easy and enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and took his time to make sure I understood the all of the details that go in to purchasing a home. He really cares about his clients and works hard to find solutions to any problems that may come up. I'm looking forward to working with him in the future!

  My wife and I met with Brandon to kickoff a discussion around home ownership and the lending process a few months ago. We were very pleased with the way we were served through Brandon’s process of education, assessment, and execution. Although we weren’t able to get started on the execution portion, Brandon gave us a great roadmap to next steps! We will definitely be working with him Synergy One Lending soon.

  Words cannot describe how amazing I think this company is!! They took such amazing care of me, I can't speak any higher of them. They are quick, efficient, and the niecest people you will ever meet. They got my house closed in a timely manner and made sure to make me feel valued and my concerns heard.. I truly felt like I mattered and they truly cared about me and the home that I bought. They even had little touches, such as personalized thank you notes and gifts. I have never felt more taken care of.. So thankful for Brandon and his team! They are the BEST!!
