  We are in the market for a new car and my wife is interested in the FIAT. While we are still thinking about it, Josh in the sales dept was extremely helpful and patient with us. We test drive several models and straight up told him we will have to sleep on it before purchasing yet he still took the time to answer all our questions and did it with a smile. Ask for him if you go here.

  I bought my 2015 Fiat abarth at this location and HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE since. This is a real shame as I love the car but the COMPLETE lack of service or effort to complete any task has me using them for only the most pressing of warranty work. Now I've had an appt for 3 weeks for some warranty work and when I arrive I am told all their Fiat techs (all of them) quit!?!? They even called me yesterday to confirm my appt!?!? Don't deal with landmark, they don't steal or cheat you but they don't give a damn about thier work and that's almost as bad.

  Our salesperson was great and management was very fair in negotiations. We got a great vehicle at a fair price for both parties. Paperwork finalization was pleasant and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks to the entire staff.

  I have a Fiat 500 and I love it. I ran into some issues that were going to be quite costly due to my power terrain warranty being expired. I was distraught over the costly repairs and out of options, being this was my only means of transportation, until I talk to Tim Whitehead. Let's just say My Angel in disguise!! There are some good people in this world and they work at Landmark. Thank God for Tim, Wydell, and the tech that got me running like new. I will purchase my next Fiat from Landmark.   Bought when it was just a fiat dealership and had service done there too and it was great! Took my car in for a warranty service and no one is helpful at all in the service department. Was told to bring it in at 7AM and then told to wait until 8:30 for a tech to look at it before i can be given a rental or a loaner. This was not the case the one other time i went there when it was just a fiat dealership. Terrible. I will avoid this place at all costs.

  I wrote a review for this dealership back in May 2012 when I bought a new Fiat 500 Sport. I also wanted to leave a comment about their service center. I am always greeted kindly and my car is taken in every time, even when I do not have an appointment. The service center and showroom are beautiful and it is always fun to see the shiny new Abarths. I feel so lucky to be apart of the Fiat family.

  This was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever encountered. I was very pleased at the level of customers service afforded to us during the sales process. Thomas Finnick and Brent Kleen were both very helpful to me prior to the sale by answering questions over email on a very timely basis. My wife was very pleased with her new car and I will definitely recommend this dealership to others. .

  If I could give less stars I would, they sale Fiat yet they can't do warranty work on your vehicle they refer you to another dealership for warranty work. This is the second reason I will never do business with Landmark again. I spent 30 years in the auto industry and never have dealt with the ineptitude that I have gotten from the finance office messing paperwork and lying and not realizing that I knew they were lying until I showed them the lie to not being able to service a vehicle you represent and sale.

  This Fiat dealership will work with you! I went in to get some work done on my fiat and unfortunately the vehicle was having several problems with overheating. They replaced the water pump and timing belt. I took it home and then the check engine light came on and I had to take it back to the dealership to get the temperature gage replaced. They worked quickly so I could get my car back and worked with me so I felt that they heard my complaints!
