      As a previous personal banker I can honestly say probably the worst customer service and run around I have ever received. Had to run from my chase branch to The customer service reps for over a week just to verify a hold In a emergency situation. Never dealing with this institution again. I will stick with Chase, BOA, and Citizens Bank where I know my funds are secured without any penalties and unexplainable hold. Thank you Chase for your back and forth patience also. I am very very dissatisfied.

      No star option!!!! DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!! the atm is outdated and wont read my deposit of 500 cash. it said cant read the bills and and spit one $50 bill and stole my 450 cash... WHY PROVIDE THIS OPTION WHEN YOU CANT Even provide a 24hr customer service. OR THE EMERGENCY NUMBER ON THE MACHINE!!!!! I DEMAND EXCELLENCE THIS IS A BANK IS IT NOT?       I applied for a business loan financing from First Intercontinental Bank for my business, Lil Whispers Bar & Grill, Hwy 92, Woodstock, GA 30189 On may 2013 for the purpose of refinancing . The requested loan amount was $450.000 and the lending agent Adam Cheng assured me that I was prequalified because of my credit and refinance history. I was then led down a path of “component billing”, in which I was charged excessive amounts for an appraisal and environmental study which I did not need. The bank implied I may qualify for a loan but I feel they never intended to grant me a loan and the agent strung me along during the process which I paid or all these services the whole time, questioning their necessity. I was being given assurances which I felt then, and have come to confirm were insincere. Our claim & general synopsis is that they took money from us with a business loan application in lieu of an “appraisal, environmental study & other services”. I immediately became suspicious of this practice, but they assured me that this is the way business is done and was required before the loan would be granted. I do not believe I was treated fairly. We would like to give them one last opportunity to return our money before we hire attorney’s, go to the news media, B.P.R. (Office of Business & Professional Regulations), and several other administrative agencies based on our cursory investigation. We promised them we would leave no stone unturned in exposing their predatory & racist lending practices towards minority business people. As such I would like to humbly request an investigation into the lending practices and policies of the banks agent and this banking institution. I feel like I have been defrauded of my hard earned money. I am sure you can understand the worry, frustration and mental anguish of having a business to run on a shoestring budget and turning to a banking institution for assistance and support only to be strung along and being taking advantage of. I was strung along for so long that I finally applied with another bank and was refinanced in 3 days without any of these excessive charges and services which were never needed. I was told I did not need yet another appraisal nor another environmental study. I have spent several months wrangling with First Intercontinental Bank to get my money back since no services were rendered. I feel they have no intention o returning my money. My business has suffered and I have suffered personally and professionally. Can you help me? Sincerely & with warmest regards

      Find yourself a better bank than this one, its one of worst bank I ever had, I'm closing my account when I'm free, what a mistake !

      This bank is the worst bank. I get pay from my work with checks from this bank and Me and my coworkers have problem because no one want take it Just to see the bank name, they say don't take checks from that bank.
