  showed up at the last possible minute to sell my watch, everyone was very kind and understanding and let me proceed with the transaction even though they closed a minute after i showed up. very friendly and personable

  What started off as a not so pleasant morning, turned into a wonderful experience. Christian is always so helpful and attentive. The manager was quick to assist in turning my day into a better one. Always GREAT people! I've purchased a camera, a tv, and now a laptop from here. I have visited several times and will continue to visit here for all of my needs and deals!

  Metro Pawn was here for me when I was in need of loan..its a great place of business and I will be coming back here nit only for loans but to shop. The employees are very polite proffesional and informative .its a great location close to 285 and 85 i highly recommend them to anyone..I'm a a very happy customer.

  I prefer going here than the other chain pawn shops. Service is always great and they are family owned. ( kinda reminds me of pawn stars with the old guy and his son) lol. I looked around for the best loan I could get and they were competitive. The best part was probably the short wait before I was helped also store was clean and It was a great experience. My item was in the same condition I dropped it off in. ( no super sticky tape) I was very pleased and will definitely do business again

  Good owner but be careful. I ended up selling way less on craigslist and getting way more. Also there are was a switch with cables bc mine were brand new but when I went back and asked I could see mine charging an employees phone. Said it was an accident and I switched back. I believe him and thats the only reason I gave them more then a 1 star

  Jay, thank you for your feedback. We are a business that needs to make a profit. We have overhead and salaries to pay, therefore we do give you less than you may get on Craigslist. However, when you deal with us, you get CASH immediately and are in a safe environment. Selling through online venues requires you to create an ad, surf through the many scams, and meet up with a perfect stranger in a strange place. There is a trade-off. You choose the route that best fits your needs!
